The Government of the Republic of Costa Rica has deposited, on July 17, 2008, its instrument of ratification of the Trademark Law Treaty (TLT), done at Geneva on October 27, 1994.

The Trademark Law Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Costa Rica, on October 17, 2008.
