The Government of Ukraine has deposited, on April 7, 2009, its instrument of accession to the Locarno Agreement establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs, signed at Locarno on October 8, 1968, as amended on September 28, 1979.

The said Agreement will enter into force, with respect to Ukraine, on July 7, 2009.
