A delay for entry into force of unitary patent system is to be expected
A prior constitutional complaint filed before the German Federal Constitutional Court (<link https: www.bundesverfassungsgericht.de en homepage home_node.html external-link-new-window internal link in current>FCC) had already imposed a new ratification of the <link https: eur-lex.europa.eu legal-content en txt external-link-new-window internal link in current>UPCA by the German Bundestag late November and by German Bundesrat on 18/12/2020.The FCC just announced that two new constitutional complaints were filed against the UPCA, which could delay further entry into force of the unitary patent system.
