The London Agreement will enter into force in Hungary on 01/01/2011

Hungary has signed the London Agreement which will enter into force on the 1st of January 2011. From this date, it will no longer be necessary to translate the entire European patent. Only a translation of the claims into Hungarian will be required. The new translation regime applies in Hungary at all European patents for which the mention of the grant is published in the European Patent Bulletin on or after 1 January 2011.
