Community trademarks: search system revision

As of 1 January 2013, the number of national offices taking part in the Community search system will be further reduced to eight, as a result of Poland and Austria opting out.This will leave the following offices in the system: Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Finland.The applicable fee for national searches is consequently modified to €96 (€12 per participating office).The new amount will apply to marks with reception date as of 1 January (the notification date is taken into account for International Registrations).
