New computing of extensions before the INPI

A consolidated version of Ordinance <link https: www.legifrance.gouv.fr external-link-new-window internal link in current>2020-306 was published on May 15, 2020.According to this new version, all delays expiring between March 12, 2020 and June 23, 2020 are extended up to July 23, 2020 if the initial delay was one month and up to August 23, 2020 if the initial delay was two months or more.See statement from INPI <link https: www.inpi.fr fr report-de-delais-lie-la-crise-sanitaire external-link-new-window internal link in current>here
