Georgia becomes the 5th validation state

Pursuant to agreement between EPO and Georgia dated 31/10/2019, it will now be possible to validate European patents in Georgia


Validation will be possible for European patents having an application date as from 15/01/2024.

 

Validation fee is of 200 EUR.
