PPH Agreement between INPI and JPTO

The French patent office (INPI) and the Japanese Patent Office (JPTO) will enter as of 01/01/2021 into a PPH agreement


This PPH agreement, the first for the INPI, will allow acceleration of proceedings in Japan based on claims deemed patentable by INPI and acceleration of proceedings in France based on claims deemed patentable by JPTO. See communication here.
