Slovenian government deposited its instrument of ratification for the Protocol on the Provisional Application of UPC Agreement on 15/10/2021.
UPC could soon enter its set-up phase if a last country (probably Austria by end of year 2021) also ratifies this protocol.
During this set-up phase, the UPC will adopt the secondary legislation and its budget, will set up the electronic case management system and judges will be appointed.
